We had a lazy morning at camp before heading to Lenyear Water Park for a swim. It is free to enter and we pretty much had the place to ourselves. The waterslide didnt open until 2 so we decided to head to Darwins water front for a look.
I had to pick up a parcel at the post office so while i did that Karen went to yet another Op shop and bought some more clothes lol
We got to the water front around lunch time and had a nice burger lunch at a cafe in this beautiful area.
Then we had a swim in the man made beach, complete with salt water from the ocean, but no crocs!
After that we spent the afternoon at the wave pool playing on the big tubes in the artificial waves.
It was now after 5 so we went around to the Nightcliff Jetty where there were people everywhere. There food vans etc galore so we couldn't resist but to buy an ice cream.
We watched the sunset and waited for the after glow then headed back to camp around 7:30.
