Today we packed up and headed back up towards Esperance.
On the way we stopped in at a turtle hatchery place that had no turtles that we could see but we were treated with seeing a heap of whales heading north.
Of course we stayed there for a long time as karen photographed them jumping up out of the water. It was amazing to see these huge creatures do their thing.
We then popped into Esperance to empty our loo and we grabbed some fishing gear. Down the road a little we fuelled up and also grabbed some water at the servo as they allow you to do that.
It wasn't too long and we got to our turn off into our camp ground, which followed a rough track towards the coast.
Bruboodjoo Campground is a large area that allows you to go and choose your own spot, so we found a really nice position right near the beach.
The rest of the day we relaxed, spent a bit of time at the beach and I cooked some kebab things on the weber.
